A Qualified Completion is counted each time a subscribed student fully completes your course. More students completing your courses means a higher proportion of the instructor pool allocated to you — rewarding quality content that drives results.
Each month, Eterna calculates net profit by taking total subscription revenue and subtracting four cost categories: Platform Fees, Hosting Costs, Marketing Costs, and Other Costs. 50% of that net profit goes into the Instructor Pool. Your share is proportional to your Qualified Completions out of all completions on the platform that month.
Your Payout = (Your QCs ÷ Total Platform QCs) × Instructor Pool (50% Net Profit)Say the Instructor Pool is Rp 10,000,000 and your courses account for 200 out of 2,000 total Qualified Completions (10%):
10% × Rp 10,000,000 = Rp 1,000,000
That is Rp 1,000,000 for that month. Plus, instructors in their first 4 months earn an IDR 250,000 Creation Fee and an IDR 200,000 Launch Bonus per published course — giving new instructors a guaranteed income head start.
